Your Digital Sathi, operating under the brand name Babita Savita, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, customers, and their end-customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information through our AI-powered calling platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, GST number, and billing details when you register for our platform.

Lead Data: Phone numbers, names, and other contact information that you upload for campaign purposes.

Call Data: Call recordings, transcriptions, call duration, timestamps, and AI agent interaction logs.

Usage Data: Platform usage patterns, feature interactions, browser type, IP address, and device information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate our AI calling platform services
• To process and manage outbound and inbound calls on your behalf
• To generate call analytics, transcriptions, and performance reports
• To improve our AI models and voice quality (using anonymized data only)
• To send service-related communications and billing notifications
• To comply with legal obligations including TRAI regulations

4. Data Storage and Residency

All call data, recordings, and customer information is stored on servers located in India. We do not transfer personal data outside of India without explicit consent. Our infrastructure is designed to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 and RBI data localization requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Telephony providers for call routing (only phone numbers, no call content)
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting (data remains in India)
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by Indian law

6. Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after account closure.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• File a grievance with our Data Protection Officer

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.
