Overview
Babita Savita is built from the ground up to comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations governing commercial communications. Every feature of our platform enforces regulatory compliance automatically.
AI Disclosure
Mandatory AI disclosure within the first 30 seconds of every call.
Every AI agent on our platform is configured to identify itself as an artificial intelligence system at the beginning of each call. This disclosure is hardcoded into our call flow and cannot be disabled by users.
Calling Window Enforcement
Calls restricted to 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST only.
Our campaign dialer enforces TRAI-mandated calling hours at the system level. Campaigns cannot be scheduled outside the permitted window, and any running campaign is automatically paused outside these hours.
DND / NCPR Registry Compliance
Daily DND/NCPR scrubbing before any campaign launch.
Before initiating any outbound campaign, our platform automatically scrubs lead lists against the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) / Do Not Disturb (DND) registry. Numbers registered on DND are excluded from campaigns.
140-Series Number Usage
Promotional calls use designated 140-series numbers.
All promotional outbound calls are made from TRAI-mandated 140-series numbers. Transactional and service calls use standard registered numbers with proper headers as required by regulation.
Call Recording and Consent
Recording notification at the start of every call.
When call recording is enabled, the AI agent informs the recipient that the call is being recorded. Recordings are stored securely on Indian servers and automatically deleted after the retention period (default: 90 days).
Data Residency
All data stored in India. No cross-border transfers.
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 and RBI data localization mandates, all customer data, call recordings, transcriptions, and analytics are stored exclusively on servers located in India.
